Conditions for Exchange
Womansplaza has a simple and hassle-free exchange policy for certain products purchased from the website provided the following conditions are fulfilled:
- For apparel, we offer a 24 hours exchange policy. However, made-to-order styles are not exchange. Blouses are also non-returnable.
- For Exchange timelines, Please check the exchange policy under the shipping details of any product. Womansplaza may update this from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.
- The product must be exchanged in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
- Any product sought to be exchanged, should be unworn, unused, or unwashed. Products that are found to be worn, used, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted for exchange.
Products exchange under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
- In case of any exchange/alteration request for international orders, a restocking or return handling fee of $50 or 20% of the product-selling value, whichever is lower will be applicable. This will be deducted from the amount that is refunded to the wallet/original source of payment when executing the refund.
Complaints for missing/damaged/wrong items delivered should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The exchange procedure can also be initiated through the Website by following the below-mentioned steps:
- If you purchased from the Website as a guest, please register on the Website using the same email address provided while purchasing the product so that your products appear in your order history. You can initiate the process of exchange only if the said product appears in your order history.
- Alternatively, you can initiate the exchange procedure by writing an email to email@example.com.
If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Womansplaza customer, (for example as a gift), you will have to request the concerned Womansplaza customer to initiate the exchange process.
You can exchange the product by selecting any one of the below options:
- Ship it back to Womansplaza by sending it to the address provided by us. You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to Womansplaza in good condition and that Womansplaza will not be held liable for any damage caused during transit. For select pin codes within India, our delivery service can pick-up the product from you. This pick-up service is complimentary, and Womansplaza shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
- Womansplaza will send you a confirmatory email upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking a quality test and inspecting the product, Womansplaza will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 5 (Five) working days of receiving the product.
- If Womansplaza accepts the exchange request, the value of the product exchanged will be credited to either your Womansplaza Wallet or the original account / mode of payment in 7(Seven) to 10 (Ten) working days of receiving the product. However, if Womansplaza rejects the exchange we will ship the product back to you.
