Womansplaza has an easy exchange policy for certain products bought from our website, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Apparel can be exchanged within 24 hours, except for made-to-order styles and blouses, which cannot be returned.
  • Please check the exchange policy under the shipping details of any product for specific timelines. Note that Womansplaza may update this policy without prior notice.
  • The product must be in its original condition with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies (if any), and other packaging intact.
  • Products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Items that are worn, used, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.

All exchanges are subject to quality testing and inspection

  1. For international orders, a restocking or return handling fee of $50 or 20% of the product’s selling price (whichever is lower) will apply to any exchange or alteration requests. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount returned to your wallet or original payment method.
  2. Please report any issues with missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.

If you purchased as a guest, register on the website using the same email address you used when purchasing the product. This will ensure your products appear in your order history. You can only initiate an exchange if the product is listed in your order history.

Refund Policy

To return a product to Womansplaza, send it to the address we provide. You are responsible for ensuring the product is delivered in good condition, Womansplaza is not liable for any damage during transit.

For select pin codes within India, we offer a complimentary pick-up service. Womansplaza is not liable for any damage during transit.

Upon receiving the product, Womansplaza will send a confirmation email. After a quality inspection, we will inform you of our decision within five working days.

Refund Process

  1. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund.
  2. If accepted, the refund will be credited to your Womansplaza Wallet or the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
  3. If rejected, we will return the product to customers.
